Marlon was born with an entrepreneurial spirit.  At a very young age he knew that he was destined to be an entrepreneur.  Growing up he invested in several ventures from selling snacks in elementary school to selling mopeds as an independent contractor and many other ventures in between.  In recent years he worked as a successful life insurance agent and then decided to enter the Real Estate industry. 

As a Real Estate investor in Houston, Marlon has done tons of property transactions. With a strong focus in the areas of Wholesale Real Estate and Rehabbing. Marlon’s goal is too help as many ambitious and hard working people reach all of their Real Estate goals.

Success seems to always follow him because he fully commits himself to each endeavor that he pursues and he keeps his life priorities in order. Marlon believes that when you put God first and follow with persistency and hard work, that all dreams are possible!
