Purchased this property for $36,000...A friend loaned $80,000 for the entire purchase and rehab... will take about $35,000 to $40,000 in repairs... I received $16,224.02 when I purchased (part of the repair fund, not profit)... House will be worth $160,000 once completed... Brought NO money into the deal and will profit about $70,000 after fees and commissions!
